Design work for West Steamboat Neighborhoods began from the ground up in the initial business startup phase and was inclusive of branding and tagline, website design, online media and print collateral, all platforms consistently showcasing WSN’s distinctive brand and iconic Steamboat location.
Online Media
A grass roots, online media campaign was developed to reach Steamboat locals during the course of a public election for acceptance of the new neighborhood development plan. The campaign ran for 45 days on social media platforms with utilization of videos featuring locals, election oriented posts, as well as general interest posts. Analytics were monitored and adjusted closely for the duration of the online campaign. The campaign was ultimately highly instrumental in swinging the election to a 65% majority win.
